From humble beginnings

Mario and Sons Steel was founded in 1966 by Mario Palozzo under the name “Mario Welding and Engineering Pty Ltd”. He started off by fabricating metal fences and gates for people’s homes and businesses. Over time, Mario’s services grew in demand, eventually expanding his business into fabricating steel for large warehouses and offices. His three sons, Maurice, Fabio and Livio, would all take part in the company’s production, and eventually take over the business after their fathers retirement.

Mario and Sons has been embedded in the construction industry for over 50 years, and has a long line of projects and achievements. We are able to comfortably fabricate 100 tonnes of steel per week, pushing 150 during peak times. We complete the vast majority of our work in New South Wales, and have also worked in Queensland and Victoria.

What we do

Mario and Sons primarily focuses on constructing large scale industrial warehouses and offices, but we are also able to work on more unique and niche projects. We have built hundreds of projects over the last 50 years, and are always in the mood for a couple more. When working with Mario and Sons, you can rest assured that the steel we provide will be of the highest quality and ready to be delivered to site on time.
